The F12 Berlinetta marked a return to form for Ferrari, with the goal of creating a car that offered the agility and traction of a mid-engined vehicle in a more practical package. Designed to replace the 599 GTB, the F12 is significantly more compact—50mm shorter, 60mm lower, 20mm narrower, and with a 20mm shorter wheelbase. Additionally, it is 70 kg lighter, weighing in at 1525 kg (dry). These changes contribute to enhanced performance, with increased downforce and a much lower centre of gravity. And then, of course, there’s the beating heart of the F12: its naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V12 engine, delivering an astonishing 730 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful road cars Ferrari has ever built. With design elements clearly inspired by the 275 GTB, the F12 is also, to our eyes, one of the most beautiful Ferraris of the modern era.

This Motorcar

This particular F12 Berlinetta was sold new by authorised Ferrari dealer Autoropa to a Swedish enthusiast. The car was delivered in a stunning Nero Daytona exterior, beautifully complemented by a Beige tradizione leather and Alcantara-trimmed interior. The interior design features a contrasting black upper dashboard and carpets, black embroidered ‘Cavallino’ emblems on the headrests, and silver and carbon-fibre accents.

The car came generously equipped with options including front and rear parking sensors, a rear rain light, a reversing camera, a carbon-fibre driver’s zone with LED shift lights, electrically adjustable dampers, switchable driving modes, a yellow rev-counter, a passenger-side dashboard display, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, an integrated infotainment system, a JBL Professional sound system, red brake callipers, and 20-inch forged aluminium wheels.

The second owner purchased the car in April 2017, it stayed in his ownership until May 2024, when MOTIKON acquired the car. Notable maintenance during his ownership include a wheel alignment in 2020, annual services and a warranty replacement of the F1 gearbox by Ferrari authorised workshop Autoropa.

In conclusion, we present a well maintained Ferrari F12 Berlinetta in a tasteful colour combination, relatively low mileage, and sought-after options. Included in the sale are the original Ferrari owners manuals, service book and various invoices.
