- Delivered in the elegant specification of a Silbergrau (DB180) exterior paired beautifully with a Leder rot (1079) interior and a black soft top.
- First delivered to a Mr. Chareyon on the fifth December 1957.
- In 1991, following the death of its first owner, this 300 SL roadster was put on display at the La Réole museum, near Bordeaux. It remained there until 2003.
- Second owner: Mr. Jauzence acquired the car in July 2003, when the mileage stood at 92 445 km. Major work was then carried out, An appraisal made at this time by M. Conti concluded that it was in very good overall condition and respected the original presentation perfectly.
- Third owner: Mr. Philippe Lejeune acquired the car in October 2006. The mileage was then 93 673 km.
- He decided to have it fully renovated by Alain Bourgeois (AB Racing), The work was carried out under the direction of G. Paillet (Atelier SL). The renovation included a complete mechanical overhaul. The engine was dismantled and rebuilt using new pistons, rocker arms and valves. The crankshaft was rebalanced, and the engine was given a new cylinder head with refurbished camshafts and injection pump. The gearbox, axle and front and rear brakes were also completely refurbished.
- Fourth owner: Mr. Bach acquired the car in July 2010. The mileage was 98 433 km at this point.
- Passed the 100 000 km mark on 5 April 2018.
- A full service was carried out in January 2020 by AB Racing and, in June 2020, the mats were replaced and the leatherwork cleaned by Paris Pagode.
- Fifth and current owner: Mr. Conrad Meissler acquired the car in May 2022.
- Last service 2023: M&W Classic Markgröningen (DE)
- This is a car of the highest quality, sold new in France, that has kept all its major original components: engine, gearbox, front and rear axles and coachwork.
